The following is an overview of the details that appear on the "Boarding Pets" button accessible when you access the Modify Boarding page. You can click the  or the  buttons from the dashboard or from your main menu under Daycare & Boarding--> Modify Boarding.  For additional information on how to get to this screen please see documentation for "Modify Boarding Overview".

Boarding Pets:  The button that you have selected will show in DARK BLUE.  You can click any of the buttons on the top of the screen to navigate to those pages while editing the boarding.  Within Boarding Pets you have several options:

1. Click on the owner name to access the owner menu items.
2. Unassigned pets will display any additional pets under that owner who are not currently scheduled in the boarding.  If there are unassigned pets, you can click to add them to the boarding.  If there is more than one pet assigned to a boarding, you will see the information below listed for each pet.
3. Click to remove a pet from the boarding in the event there are multiple pets in a family, but they are not all included in the boarding.
4. Click on the select a kennel drop down box to select a kennel for the entire length of the boarding reservation.  See company preferences-->application preferences-->boarding-->block out used kennels for the option to only show available kennels for the dates of the boarding reservation in the drop down list .
5. Comments added in "Special Requirements" and "Brought Items" will be displayed on the score cards.  
6. Feeding times:  Use the check boxes to indicate the appropriate feeding times for a pet. The comments associated with each of the feeding times (AM, Noon, Evening) will be displayed on the score cards and the boarding daily to do report.   The boarding daily to do report can be found under the PetExec menu under Daycare and Boarding.  Under the "Dietary" drop down box, the food item selected will be added to the owner's shopping cart based on the feeding times selected and the length of the boarding stay. If there is a charge associated with those food items that charge will be added as well.  Food items can be added by going to Products & Services-->Add product/service.  Products added with a service type of "food" items will appear in this dietary drop down list.
7. Medication times: Use the check boxes to indicate the appropriate medication times for a pet. The comments associated with each of the medication times (AM, Noon, Evening) will be displayed on the score cards and the boarding daily to do report.   The boarding daily to do report can be found under the PetExec menu under Daycare and Boarding.  If the boxes are checked, or there is text in the medication instructions fields, the pet will have a "pill" icon on their boarding dashboard to indicate there is a medication requirement.
8. Text entered in the allergy field here will appear on the dashboard with a red exclamation icon.  If there are no allergies, leave field blank.  Any text entered in this field will trigger the allergy icon to appear on the dashboard.
9. If you mark the check box for lunch time nap, the pet will have an icon appear on their dashboard to indicate that lunch time nap is requested.
10. Pet Notes are the notes that are entered in the Pet Record. You will see any behavioral or boarding pet notes here.
11. These are the play areas that are selected for a pet on the Pet Record.
12. This is a list of the vaccinations for a pet.  Vaccinations in green are valid. Vaccinations in yellow will expire within 30 days.  Vaccinations in red are expired.
13. If the Update Pet Record box is selected then any changes made in this section will be updated in the pet record.  There is an application preference under Company Preferences-->Application Preferences-->Boarding-->Automatically Update Pet Record.  If you select that application preference, this box will be checked by default.
14. Click to Update Pet Details button to save changes.
