To access the Owner Boarding History report begin in the PetExec menu Daycare & Boarding-->Owner Boarding History.

1. Enter the date range or enter some text into the supplied search box.
2. Search by pet name, owner first name, last name or email address.
3. Leaving the search field empty and clicking "search" will restrict results to owners who have had a boarding during that time frame.
4. Click on the owner's name to view a list of their boardings.

The following is an example of the boarding history for owner Susie Jones.

Shaded rows indicate a boarding was deleted. If there is an associated order ID, it was deleted after processing.

Multiple Order IDs indicate that the same boarding was used in more than one transaction.
