Grooming requests made by owners via the PetExec Owner Portal will appear in this menu.  They will just a grooming requests, until you add the appointment to the grooming schedule.

Begin in the PetExec menu under Grooming-->Maintain Grooming Requests.  From this screen you have the following options:

1. Date and time requested by the owner is displayed.
2. Click Confirm to go to the "Add Grooming Screen".  From this screen you can change any details of the appointment and save.
3. Click to delete the grooming request.

1. From the Add Grooming screen you will see the services the owner selected when scheduling the grooming. You can modify those services as needed here.
2. The date the owner selected for the appointment.
3. The appointment details selected by the owner.
4. Notes the owner entered when requesting the appointment will be displayed here.
5. Click to Make Appointment.  This will save any modified details of the appointment, and add the appointment to your calendar.
